The staff at reception and during breakfast were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. The breakfast itself was also enjoyable with a good selection of options.
However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The hallway leading to the rooms was not vacuumed for several days, and a used cotton pad remained there for three days before being removed. This gave an overall impression of neglect.
While our room was spacious and comfortable, the linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement. It would greatly improve the experience if these were renewed. Additionally, the corridor could have been better maintained and cleaned more thoroughly to meet basic hygiene standards.
